- This is my first time registering for a course. How do I go about doing so?
- How do I register for my family and friends?

1. This is my first time registering for a course. How do I go about doing so?
If your records are in our database, the latest course schedule will appear with your name indicated at the top of the screen. If we do not have your records in our database, please complete a registration form as shown below before proceeding to register for your course of choice.

2. How do I register for my family and friends?
You will need to enter the person’s NRIC (BC for child, FIN for non-citizens) to sign in. If the person’s records are not in our database, you will have to complete the registration form shown below before proceeding to register for a your course of choice.

3. I can’t register for the course because the status indicates that I have not met the pre-requisites even though I already have.
Your records in our database may not be up to date. Please email the TENet administrator at tenet@trinity.org.sg who will respond to you shortly.

4. How do I know if my registration is successful?
After you have selected the courses (maximum 3), remember to click the button at the bottom of the page. You will then see the 'Thank You' page which will list the courses you have registered for (in green) for or withdrawn from (in red)

5. How do I withdraw from a course?
Please sign in at the online registration page. Your record will appear on the screen with all the courses you have previously registered for.
In the 'Enrol' column, simply click the checkbox of the course you wish to withdraw from and/or click checkbox(es) of the additional courses you wish to register for.

6. Do I need to pay course fees?
Course fees are waived but do note the following:
- The purchase of textbooks and materials, when needed, is done by the participants at their own cost. Please see the course synopsis for details.
- All purchases or payments are non-refundable.
- TENet reserves the right to charge for administrative cost and other fees at its discretion.
- Offering will be collected at all classes.

7. Can I do a walk-in?
Walk-in registrations are permitted only on the first and second lesson of the course.

2. How do I register for a course through SMS?
Steps to register:
a. Send CR to 8481 4277 or 8481 4273
b. You will receive a SMS reply with a list of courses available for registration. Example:
c. Send Rx ( Example: R4 – Missions Trg) to register for course.
d. You will receive a SMS reply accordingly. Example: Registration Successful

3. I saw some courses on the Online TENet registration but I do not see them when I send CR SMS. Why is the course missing from the SMS registration?
You can only register for courses via SMS for English, IGNYTE, Indonesian, and Filipino courses that are without pre-requisites. You can use the Online TENet Registration to view all available courses and register accordingly.

Steps to Withdraw:
a. Send CW to 84814277 or 84814273
b. You will receive a SMS reply with a list of courses you have registered via SMS: Example:
c. Send Wx ( Example: W4 – Missions Trg) to withdraw from course.
d. You will receive a SMS reply accordingly Example: Withdrawal successful

- How do I register my attendance?
- I did not receive the SMS notification to register my attendance when I was in class. How do I register my attendance during class time?
- I received the SMS notification to register my attendance but I am not present for the class. Do I have to reply the SMS?
- Why did I receive this SMS reply: “Your attendance is subject to approval. Thank you. God Bless.”?

Steps to register your attendance
a. You will receive a SMS notification to register your attendance: Example: Welcome to Trinity Family (WTTF)
b. Reply Y immediately to register your attendance.
c. You will receive a SMS reply accordingly

2. I did not receive the SMS notification to register my attendance when I was in class. How do I register my attendance during class time?
Possible reasons: i. This may be because you did not register for the course. ii. You may have changed your mobile number after registering for the course and did not update your personal particulars with us.
Steps to register your attendance:
a. SMS to 79777: att<space>code<space>nric<space>email
b. The unique code for the course lesson can be found on class whiteboard.

3. I received the SMS notification to register my attendance but I am not present for the class. Do I have to reply the SMS?
No.

It could be because you replied your attendance after a valid period. Please speak with your pastor for further clarifications.
